There are a couple “cluster shows” in my area each year, where several clubs get together and put on 3 or 4 day events, usually including some specialties.

Getting up at 6 am isn’t necessarily my idea of fun, but it sure was nice to be in and out of a trial so quickly and back home by 11 am (including a 1-hour drive each way).

Another bonus after all this cold, wet weather was that the obedience and rally rings were moved indoors.

We got 1st place in Excellent (88 pts) and 2nd in Advanced (92). This is our second RAE2 leg.

That first run could have been a 98, if not for the fact that my dear Terrierhead was not able to do a simple Halt-Front-Finish Right-Halt today, not even on the retry. Fronts without taking a step back are generally a bit challenging for him, but today was just plain awful.
