Dog Training Books useful for Rally

Click Your Way to Rally Obedience (revised 2010)
http://www.amazon.com/Click-Your-Rally-Obedience-Revised/dp/1577791088/
Of the regular training books, this is the most relevant and useful, since it outlines in great detail how to teach your dog all the moves needed for competing in AKC and APDT rally, broken down into manageable steps. Armed with this book you’ll be able to train to competition level, even if you can’t find a group class to participate.

Clicker Training for Obedience

This book is obedience oriented, but is definitely useful for training rally moves as well. I’ve found it a great resource on clicker training especially, and overall it’s my favorite training book.

Doodle by Design – Rally E-Book

If you are on a limited budget, this is the one item you should get. The layout is a bit cumbersome, but it has much to offer in the way of general rally-related information as well as how to train exercises.

The Ultimate Guide to Rally-O

This book is mainly aimed at the person who doesn’t know much about rally yet, and is just getting started. I does a good job of explaining the sport, but as an actual training manual it’s much too limited to be really useful.
